BL25 (大腸兪) is used for the abnormalities of a Leg(s) and Feet including Pain , Numbness and Cramps.
BL25 : Make a line to connect the highest place of a pelvis on either side. This line crosses on vertebra L3. One vertebrae down is L4 and the length of two fingers outside L4 is BL25.
The points are suitable for moxibustion.
